hi all,
my husband and i are just going to claim our unfair bank charges back. However i feel a bit confused of how to go about this. i have read the letter and i am unsure where to send the letter and money to. we are with the BOS and are we meant to send it recorded delivery to ensure it get there!! help:-|
Also i am currrently in a debt management can i claim back the bank charges of my account as i am still paying off my over draft.
Any help would be very very gratefull
read the FAQs again just to make sure you understand exactly what you are doing, send the letter and payment to your branch if thats the only address you've got.
Its not a problem you being in debt management but you might want to make sure you've got another bank account open just in case.
Good luck
