I called them this morning to say that it was me who lived at that address, and they said that i owe Loyds TSB £2760 (I forgot the exact amount)
i was with Loyds but haven't been for about 10 years now, and i haven't lived at that address in over 10 years also. And i do not understand how i owe Loyds this much money? I asked the woman at the end of the phone if it was for a loan or
overdraft
or credit cards and she couldnt tell me which.
They have now gone back to get more information, as i said i wasn't prepared to pay them anything because it has been so long! And having been put through to 3 different people i was already mad.
I understand that this group buy debts from banks or loan companies, and i would like some advice on where i stand and what i should do next,
kind regards
Simon
