Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hello Everyone
This is the first time I have posted , so I'm not sure if I'm in the right place!
I'm in a similar situation , in that a colleague owes me 6,000.00 for a franchise. i'm not sure whether to go small claims or fast track.
Are there more risks with fast track - i.e. may I have to pay his costs or anything ?
i can't imagine losing , although he has said he'll defend the case on the basis that he never said he'd buy the franchise off me !
