Default Advice needed for Private parking ticket

Hi, in Dec i recieved a parking ticketicon for parking outside the marked bays in a retail park.
As i did not know about this pretty handy site i ignored it then recieved the letter from the company demanding 100 pound i emailed the company basicly saying im not paying it.
A few weeks later a county courticon document arrived i filled in the defence page and sent it off. Today i got a letter from the county court saying "unless the defendant do by 4pm on 16th may 2008 file and serve a allocation questionnaire the defence be struck without furthur order"

I havnt a clue what this means or what to do next. Any help would be much appreciated!

I do have a few emails from the company saved one states "i am not disputing i was at XXXXXX and parked in a DISABLED bay" When i wasnt in a disabled bay in the first place

    Which PPC is this?

Can you scan all documents received from the court minus personal info so we can help?

I have lost all the paper work involved with this, i have the picture and a few emails

This one was recieved first when i asked for the picture.

"Thank you for your email. We are not under any obligation to send you any evidence unless instructed to do so by the court. We shall be written to by the court in due course and will be instructed by them to do so. However we do not consider your request to be unreasonable in the circumstances and attached to this email is a photograph of your car with the parking chargeicon Notice fixed to the window. I trust that this helps. We are printing your email and our reply for our records. XXXXX Parking Services"

I then asked for a copy of the ticket and got this reply.

"We do not send out copies of the Notices either by post, email or fax. It would seem by your request that you do not have the original parking chargeicon Notice for whatever reason. We shall supply to the court when requested all documentation to support the fact that a Notice was issued. It would seem however that you are not disputing that you were at XXXXXXXX and in a disabled bay by the photo that we have sent you. We would hope that you will settle the amount outstanding without the neccesity of taking up valuable time of ours and yours and the court and perhaps incurring further expense.
XXXXXX Parking Services We ware printing this reply for our records.

Im not sure how to post the picture he sent me.
