    Default Claiming back bank charges from Nationwide

    Hi there

    over the past 6 months I have been trying o reclaim my bank charges with Nationwideicon.

    Basically I wrote to CEO several times and there last letter basically telling me that they are awaiting a decision from the courts before they refund any charges?

    Does this sound right???

    What should I do?

    Hi

    It's correct that the banks at the moment dont have to deal with complaints about bank charges but that shouldn't stop you from continuing with your claim.

    Hi

    Yes as the moment all claims are being put on hold until the outcome of the test case,
    this does not stop you from starting your claim, this way it will be in the system.
