Default first Plus SAR recieved - how do I interpret it?

I have received a bundle from First Plus it included:

My letter requesting the calls and paperwork

a tape cassette (Interesting I've to source a player to listen to that)

    the contract

a letter which says they have send the payment protection policy off to a broker (no further reference anywhere to that).

    Credit searches from Experian

Diary - this is full of abbreviations - how do I find out what they stand for. example sw mrs..... does that mean spoke with Mrs as opposed to spoke to Mr! lots more like this but difficult to interpret for me.

there are pages of details I cannot decipher, the bits I can are valuations of the house which is done on a computer system, records of our employers which mine is incorrect.

then there is a Breakdownicon of payments and interesticon / capital.

Its about 1/2 inch thick, i know that they haven't included everything because we've had several increases to rates and none of those letters have been included.

Where do I go from here? sorry if this is answered somewhere but this section of the forum is vast I can't find the answers.

    Hello and welcome,

If you feel that your SARicon is incomplete, send them a non-compliance letter under the dpa. You will find one in the bank template letters in the main page of the forum.

Regarding the abbrevs that they use, simply ask them in writing, for an explanation. They should really give you an abbrev list so you understand the reference, but they really don't like to make it too easy for us poor mortals
