Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

I know my credit file isn't perfect, but its not too bad. I have one default, i dont have any CCJs or anything like that.
I have applied for a couple of regular accounts and been turned down, so the only thing I can think of is that there are too many searches (if thats possible?) or its the electoral roll info that is bringing me down.
