Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Whilst banks and financial institutions are credit scoring us, has it not come to a period that we in turn should now be asking them of their financial status?
Should credit scoring now be made public on the individual banks and loan companies status?
Indeed, and one that I tried to implement a while back (not just for banks, and not just financial status, but ALL status, and a register of their cock-ups).

Maybe a bit of promotion on this site then Dave. I just had a look, and its a great idea... pity it's hardly known about at the moment thats all. As it appears to be your site Dave, why not make a sticky on the front page to advertise it?
I did at one point, then people complained that there was advertising on the rest of the site - like it somehow pays for itself without it?? ;-)

Just make it an advert then.. and say its "affiliated" or something to this site. Would that work? You can say its paid for too... as I assume you pay for the webhosting for it anyway .
I do pay for it out of my own pocket - but to be honest, I'd more or less given up with it on here - too many people complained about the adverts (like 95% of websites in the world don't have advertising or something!??!).
I just got fed up with the arguing over it - it was meant to help people.

Anyway, you're the boss, you should be allowed to make your own rules (actually, i see its in your sig too, so if i forget the URL, i'll just have to look for your posts)
Personally I have noticed lots and lots of people making sure they hold no more thatn £35,000 with one organisation. Even though they feel the chance of losing the lot is remote I cannot blame them for exercising caution.
The views I express here are mere speculation based on my experience. I am not qualified nor insured to give legal advice and any action you take will be at your own risk.
Yes Dave, since May, things have changed obviously in the banking world, I would so love to see your action implemented..... try it again, things are different now..............

Dave, I may be getting involved in a small co-hosting company run by a mate of mine, perhaps we can look at getting you some extra cheap hosting! Can't promise anything or perhaps the time has come to look at other possibilities such as spreading the network load over multiple really really cheap hosting solutions.
I have been investigating Amazon's EC2 recently for some of my own projects, it can be dirt cheap. But of course any cost can be a problem.
I don't know what your computer skills are or anyone else involved in the site for that matter, but I'm a software architect that has been specialising in complex distributed systems for some time, so I may be able to help you work something out. I love a challenge!
I think your idea is blinding and have thought about it myself beforehand, so would love to see if I can help out on this.
