    Thumbs up Insider News

    Hi

Have a friend who works at Natwesticon, yesterday she told me that all standard claim letters are follwed up and payment sent. One guy got £4k back! So looks like Natwest is doing the right thing, well, if you chase them for it.

So if Natwest owe you, chase it and get your money back.

From people on here chasing Natwesticon it seems that Natwest wait a lot longer to pay out than sending a standard claim letter - many have to file with the courts before they even get an offer from them.

Couldn't agree more karnevil, in fact i don't recall reading a case where someone gets the money back so quick. Some seem to be made 'offers' quite early but not full settlement.
Most settlements seem to be after moneyclaim, which is no bother really cos you can add the 8% interesticon at that stage.

when thousands of customers claim money back, lets say 50,000 at £1000 on avg per claim, thats £50,000,000.Fifty million pounds!!!.The money that they make by reinvesting , they make far more dosh ,so why be in a hurry to refund there customers.thats why they drag ther a..e .wouldn't you .I have 6 claims going at the moment, all doing the same .I dont care ,because winning will be so much sweeter.with more interesticon applied.
