I know we can get the refunds from our banks for all the charges they put on us but can we do anything with paypal?
excuse me if im saying anything thats been said before or makes no sense but paypal really messes me about. for instance recently I was in negative on my paypal account and had to send them a cheque, I did this and was told it would take up to four weeks, i waited four weeks nothing happend so i cancelled the cheque to then be told that it was in the process but i will have to send them another. I then sent them another and received a call from the debt collectors saying that the money now has to go to them so i proceeded to give them my details and let them take the money out of my account and give it to paypal however when paypal received it they still proceeded to cash the cheque which then bounced leaving me in debt.
and even know my account is restored its still limited.
