    Default MBNA say I agreed

    I have received a final response from MBNAicon saying that I agreed to PPIicon along with the copy of the signed agreement form (don’t remember doing that)

    What can I do now if I have ticked the box?

    Hi, are you sure it was you that ticked the box and that it wasn't added later?

    Also, even if you did, if it wasn't explained to you at the time you can probably claim that it was mis-soldicon.
