Thread: Creation Finance/Duet Card

Have got the ball rolling with Creation. They dutifully sent a reply to my SAR within a week - unfortunately they only sent a set of copy statements and nothing else so another letter went off to them today reminding them that they had 40 days from my first letter to send EVERYTHING which gives them a couple more weeks to comply.

There's only a little bit of PPI on this card, it's more about their totally random late fees but I'll keep this thread going on this forum for the PPI element in case anyone else is having a go at them too.

Incidentally I haven't actually used this card for two years and it was clear of debt so I haven't had statements from them for ages but they've kindly dumped my £10 SAR money on my account so I'm now £10 in credit and suddenly have a current statement again, just to confuse me (not hard).

I think this could be the general trend from some banks, SAR ok lets send the statements that we should send every 12 months we will just ignore all the other data we hold on the subject and wait to see what happens at least we can delay things for a while longer:grin: Yours most sincerely, your bank!! PS don't forget to send us at least 10 letters restating your request for data.
