    Thats what I thought.

    I'm happy to pay the fine and take the points as I was on the phone but just didnt know whether I should pay and plead guilty or whether I should go to court instead if there was a legal loop hole.

    Don't take this the wrong way but it's your own fault!!

    I can handle most things but seeing people using a mobile whilst driving/stopped in traffic - whatever really edit me off!

    We all make mistakes (said the darlik getting off the dustbin), swallow the fine, take the points and don't do it again.
