    ne1 had ne experience of not paying for charges related to unpaid parking tickets am currently paying four tickes off at £30 each plus additional £60 per ticket for not paying straight away can i apply the same logic/ stautes to unreasonalbe bank charges here ne advice appreciated cheers dean
