I have received a response from OPC denying my appeal that a parking finewas invalid as I was outside their parking area. They have now said that I was on an access road which they own and not a public road. I did not see the sign (even though it is quite big now I have gone back to look at it), but have never realised that a private company can actually own a road so never thought to look for it.
Should I accept this as my fault, or should I still appeal under the gorunds that I was not in contract with them due to me not seeing the sign?

But if you lie in your defence then you will lose. People have always beaten them fair and square. As you will have already lodged you defence your course is set. Don't lose the record for us or we will have to start again.
