Hi All
Booked a holidayback in December for May this year. In the brochure it stated we would get 1 day's free car hire included.
The holiday was paid for in full in February.
We received a letter dated 7th April stating that the free car hire offer was printed in error and is no longer available.
I phone First Choice customer services who flatly refused to give either the car hire or compensation for us not receiving what we had originally paid for.
I know they have have tricky terms and conditions, but surely we have a completed contract for the service they offered once we had paid in full? Should'nt they be liable to give us some money back?
(I know its not a lot to complain about, but I reckon they trying to pull a fast one here.....)
Any advice?
