I am in the process of preparing a claim
The situation so far is that I have had a final response from the broker who sold me the PPI on my loan
I am reclaiming just under 5k so will take to small claims court.
I have written a final letter to them giving a further 7 days in which to reflect, stating that I will be issuing a claim at the end of this deadline.
So I am on MCOL now preparing the form...
Not sure what to put and having problem as can only use 1080 text over 24 lines.....any ideas, any links to any templates that can be adapted?
Any ideas..... is it likely I will have to go to court or do they generally settle before but drag it out?
