Is it not about time that someone like Martin Lewis was drawing CEL and the the other charlatans to the attention of the OFT?

Given their intervention with the banks it would appear sensible thing to do to represent consumers en masse.

indeed. as the amount (possibly) claimable is only related to actual loss this is obviously 'a fix' IMO

CEL stands for Civil Enforcement Limited = Crooks!

Bu using the term 'enforcement' they are clearly trying to give themselves airs that they are some sort of regulatory backed body which is unlawful & strictly against OFT guidelines

I would report them for what amounts to 'passing off'
