Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
although i have a ccj against me i am still entitled to see my cca.the above are refusing to show me the cca,my guess is that they don't have .whats the next move please
they surely under consumer credit law obliged to show me the agreement.
i have sent formal and binding request and they are nearly out of time
Bear in mind that you can dispute a debt at any stage !! however I think the only way out of this is to take it to court, and yes they are obliged to produce your CCA !!! it may even be worth contacting the original creditor to see if they have it !!!
