im just about to send my second letter ( thanks to this site and a friend) - to Natwest bank.
they sent me today a huge wad of statements form the last 6 years....as requested. ive been through them and marked all the charges, and now im going to send these pages along with the letter.......requesting payment.
is this the right way to do it?
i havent got a printer so i cant print out a spreadsheet thing......

is there no-one you know with a printer?, that you could email the spreadsheet to and print off there, only if you send off your statements and they "lose" them you'll have to start again, if you really cant do that, then i suggest you fill in the spreadsheet anyway, even though you cant print it off, for future reference as to dates and stuff

I didn't even send them a copy of the spreadsheet until after i had filed my claim with moneyclaim. All i did was to state in the letter how much i had calculated they owed me and the period of time that i was claiming for, ie the date of the 1st charge to the date of the last. But deffinitely follow Maverik1979's advice and complete the spreadsheet for your own info. It saves you trawling through papers anythime you want to refer to something.
By the way don't they have any internet cafe's near where you live? They usually have printers.
