im just about to send my second letter ( thanks to this site and a friend) - to Natwest bank.
they sent me today a huge wad of statements form the last 6 years....as requested. ive been through them and marked all the charges, and now im going to send these pages along with the letter.......requesting payment.
is this the right way to do it?
i havent got a printer so i cant print out a spreadsheet thing......

I would keep hold of the originals, otherwise you may never see them again.
Either photocopy them (expensive) or use a friends computer to print out a spreadsheet
