they have written saying it doesnt relate to any finance agreement
I Have Recieved A Letter From The Royal Bank of Scotland, That States They Will Not Be Refunding Any Charges To Me As The Test Case Related To Bank Accounts And Not Any Form Of Finance Agreement, Even Though They Have Charged £25 A Letter And On Two Occasions For A "letter And phone call" £150.00.
We Ar In Arrears Andwrote To Them As This Will Reduce Our Arrears And This Is The Reply We Got.
Is This The Case Or Does Anyone Have An Idea Of A Letter I Could Reply With, Your Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated.

Re: they have written saying it doesnt relate to any finance agreement
the charges are £250 total, we got in to arrears and have made a repayment plan with them to get the arrears cleared in 5 months, they were more than happy. The letter that i sent was the request for payment off the templates liabery. Then the letter came back saying that it is nothing they will do as the test case relates top banks and is not applicable to any finance agreements.
Sorry to sound silly but i dont know what is what and if they even if they take it off the arrears it would help us emmensley.
