Is it worth starting a claim with A + L now. When I was having money problems I wrote and wrote to them asking them to be reasonable about their charges as we were finding it hard enough to get straight.
We have now been solvent for two years and now what they consider to be a "good" customer.
In view of the letters I sent them they wrote out of the blue as the test case started and said I could aply for a refund if the case went against the banks.
Should I start my claim now or wait until after the 22nd May?
