Well did the DPA letter and got statements back and have just typed first letter claiming £1010!! they have charged on our mortgage account over the last 6 years.
Luckly it was a property that we only hung onto cause couldnt sell it and the week before i found this website someone offered to buy it so the mortgage has just been redeemed so they cant shut it lol
Again congrats on the website and keep up the good work - ill keep you posted.
