Received a reply on Thursday 29th June stating that they would send a copy of my bank statements if I gave them the appropriate fee. That being £5.
Appropriate letter and cheque ready to be sent by registered post first thing tomorrow.
Having read various cases etc I was concerned re Fruitycars experience with regard the payment of interest.
It would appear that S69 of the county court Act 1984 re the 8% statutory interest does not apply in Scotland. If this does not, what ,if any legislation does apply with regard statutory interest?
