Posting of the Data Protection Act letter and postal order recorded delivery to my branch in the morning. Not sure the total charges but bet it's getting on for a grand over six years. This six years includes my time as a student when RBOS used to hit me hard on a regular basis for the occasional extra beer on my debit card. Rang my branch today and they told me my letter has been forwarded to head office. First time my branch have called me back when they said they would!!
