Default Direct Debit Originators or business / corporate bank staff

When a direct debiticon Originator has paid their collection fees to collect money from their customers, does your bank charge an additional fee per D.D to receive the money in their business / corporate current account at your banks standard business rates?

    Update:
Bank Of Scotland (HBOSicon) have confimed 25p per D.D their standard fee for automated transactions, the D.D.O collection fee is only to collect from their customers and not to receive if successful!

However this 25p fee can be reduced to zero by negotiation for a branch based account or via an internet based account.

Well, I would prefer to pay per service than be charged if it bounces.

All help is merely my opinion only - please seek legal advice if you need to as I am only qualified in SEN law.
