    Default Reppossession Case Dismissed

    I Went To Court Last Week And Got Gmac To Ask The Court To Dismiss The Case Against Me Because I Paid A Lump Sum Towards My Arrears The Court Obliged But Should I Receive Some Sort Of Confirmation In Writing From The Court Stating This.

    If you ring the court that heard your case, I'm sure they'll tell you to expect confirmation by post in due course.

    If they've sent it but you've not rec'd it, ask for a copy to be sent and check they have your address right.

    Make sure you fully understand whatever the court directed so you can avoid future probs.
