Hi all, I've just been informed that Weymouth county court is now automatically staying credit card claims as well as bank charges claims as they deem them to be the same thing.
Is this now standard practice or is this a misunderstanding by the Weymouth Judge and if so how would I oppose this.?

impossible to say yet, it depends on how things turn out, all I can say is that it is quite possible that neither side will appeal. But who knows? Until we actually see the judgement, we will not know how likely an appeal is.
