    Default Paragon Ignoring My Letters

    Paragon have repeatedly ignored my letters regarding my claim that they mis-sold me PPIicon insurance, what is my next step. The loan was taken out in 1998 which is obviously over the 6 yearsicon - can I go back this far with a ppi claim?

    I would send them a letter obtaining either proof of postage or by registered post giving them 14 days to acknowledge or you will take it through the courts.

    They should reply and then take it from there etc.

    You can also try the FSA and OFT as they are surely breaching there T & C's by ignoring your requests etc.
