No from MBNA

I received a reply from MBNA icon

saying that they will not refund me anything and also a copy of the document from 1998 that I signed with a tick next to the PPI icon

(dont remember that)

Looks like thats a no go then, is that correct or any other avenues to go down

If not, do so and start a claim in the small claims court if they do not budge before your time scale is up.

Thanks for the reply, What about me ticking the PPI icon

yes box on the application form, but I still was not aware that it was available much cheaper elsewhere

The letter says it is the final respose

Have you ascertained weather the PPI icon

was mis sold to you? Have a look in this thread PPI - Some Notes for Claimants..
