    Default Capital Bank loan payed too much insurance?

    We have been paying back a loan we took out with Capital Bank over 10 years ago, we got into difficulties about 8 yars ago and it was taken over by J&J collections then Blair Oliver Scott. I just found our original agreement with CB and discovered we had taken out insurance with them at a cost of over £3000 pounds on an £8000 debt and we never claimed on it.....

    Anything we could do?

    Did you know you had taken out this insurance? Do you believe it may have been mis-soldicon to you?
