Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
can anyone help?
I have just won a claim for mis-sold PPI from lloydstsb
the loan is still current 6 yrs paid 4yrs still to go on loan, and I have been told by the bank that the £1284.30 charged for PPI + any interest will be credited to my loan account. Do I have any write to have the amount I have already paid back in the form of cash and the remaining credited to my account.
a sort of fire-fighting role here. Hate HFC & their past compulsory PPI ethos

Re: Ppi Advice Please
yes, its your money [the PPI part of the repayment of each month paid so far] you decide what is done with it not the co.
you could/should of requested payment by cheque for this amount in court.
however, i would write to the co, and request it be paid by cheque as you have other debtsyou wish to spread this over [haven't you!!]
