    Question Taking on AMEX

    Dear All,

    Been a member on this site for about a month and am in the process of posting my 9th DPA request for copy statements, (got a few replies but no statements yet!), to various banks and Credit Card companies.

    I'm about to post a request to American Expressicon but haven't found evidence of anyone else claiming against them. if anyone is dealing with AMEX, can you let me know how you are getting on. Cheers,

    Hi and welcome to the forum

    Good luck with getting your bank charges back - if you want to start a thread in the relevant institution - ie) Barclaysicon, Nationwide, Abbeyicon National etc - then we can keep up to date with your progress.

    I believe that there are a few taking on Amexicon - if you look in the 'Other Institutions' section you should see some in there.

    Hi

    Sent the Amexicon SARicon on behalf of my late Father earlier this week. Nothing received back yet, but will keep the site updated with any and all progress.

    iGroup (GE Money) - AoS Filed late, defence late, amended defence also late despite extra time requested and granted.
    Vanquis - Claim issued, no AoS or Defence received
