    Default New Claim

    Hi there,

I am thinking about starting credit card claims to get back my charges.

Can someone point me to a general guide for letters and the such like that I should be sending to the relevant credit companies?

    thanks for your help

Good luck! My advice would be to stick to your time limits and do things promptly. They WILL tell you to get knotted the first time but just push on with the lbaicon.

Don't be afraid to tweak the template letters as doing this can have good effect!
