i stopped to pick up a parcel. after 1 minute came out and saw that warden writing a notice.
1) it only says the road not where or outside what number. is the pcn still valid?
2) observed from 17:15 to 17:16, clearly showing 1 minute wait.
3) photographas were made.
should i write an email asking where on the road it was seen as many parts of thatroad have no restrictions. but on photo it will be showing the address
So, you will need to figure out a reason why this is not a valid contravention as from what you have described it is.
Scan wash and post the pcn so we can have a look for defects.
