Hi all,
I made a post on here in march asking if i was able to claim charges on a Providin card i had a few years ago, Thanks for the relplies on the steps i should take. Now im stuck, i have written to both monument and Barclays asking if they could supply me with my old account number ( as i no longer have any statements), both have claimed the other has it. I have phoned Barclays (who say they dont have it) who put me through to monument who claim Barclays have it. Can anybody please help me?

Thanks Slick,
I have checked everwhere for a statment but with no joy. I had a change of address whilst i had the card but i have tried using both addresses but they still are unable to find the account detalis. This is a dispute with Barclaycard i think but they are claiming monument are responsable. I dont know if this helps you in where this thread should go.
Kind regards
