Default Providian or barclays or monument????????

    Hi all,
I made a post on here in march asking if i was able to claim charges on a Providin card i had a few years ago, Thanks for the relplies on the steps i should take. Now im stuck, i have written to both monument and Barclaysicon asking if they could supply me with my old account number ( as i no longer have any statements), both have claimed the other has it. I have phoned Barclays (who say they dont have it) who put me through to monument who claim Barclays have it. Can anybody please help me?

    Hi Sent,

Are you sure you have no old state's, or anything else with the a/c no. on ?

Do you have a Barclaysicon Bank a/c - your branch may be able to cross-reference the a/c no.

Were you at one address when you had the Prv'n/Mon't a/c or did you have several addresses.

Maybe you will have to send SARicon to Barclaycard for the info. See Link No1 in my signatureicon below.

I assume this is a credit card (Barclaycard) case - please confirm and I'll get thread moved into BC forum.

    Thanks Slick,
I have checked everwhere for a statment but with no joy. I had a change of address whilst i had the card but i have tried using both addresses but they still are unable to find the account detalis. This is a dispute with Barclaycard i think but they are claiming monument are responsable. I dont know if this helps you in where this thread should go.
    Kind regards

    Hi Sentfrom,

I'll get thread moved to the BC forum.

Send an SARicon to BC to get state's from them. Supply all the info you can, ie:-

    Full name
    DoB
Addresses you were at when the a/c was open
Details of who ran the a/c (Mon't, Prov'n then BC in whatever order)
