    Hi Fanny,

You can claim all the fees, £20, £12, late pay't fees and over-limit fees.

You can also claim CI (Contractual interesticon) if you're up to it and don't mind the extra trouble it involves.

I'll get your thread moved to the BCard forum for you.

    Moved.

And yes, they'll offset it against your existing balance when they settle if you still have one.

They will probably make you an offer you can refuse, which will be the difference between £12 and £20, trying to say that this is all they are willing to do, and even if you ignore it or refuse it, still refund that to your account anyway. Carry on with your claim regardless. ;-)

Apologies to people who I was in the process of helping, I may be gone some time.

Be aware, Fanny2002, that they seem in the mood to settle quickly at the moment...I sent my Prelim off on Wednesday, had one rejection letter two days later to which I replied with the lbaicon...they settled in full (plus a little bit more) a couple of days later!

    Good luck!

    Hi Fanny,

Send a letter confirming you DO NOT accept their offer and they should take back any money they've refunded to your a/c. See here - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...ng-offers.html

Then take the next step of your claim, either lbaicon or file at court.
