need some advise payment protection insurance i know i was misssold insurance ..but the problem is monument credit card ...they state after 8 weeks investergation that i wasnt miss sold insurance ....but as im unemplyed incapacty sick,disabilty under mental heath for over 19yrs ..which is a on going illness i would like some help with a letter to claim PPI insrance back as i could never make a claim under the ppi thankyou
