Hi, I have a car on Finance with the funding corporation and I have been ill and missed a payment! apart from them being rude they sent me a default notice. BUT before that expired they sent a notice of seziure am trying to fight them but am at a loss of what to do next have never missed a payment before are they allowed to do this before the default expires?
