Sent a S.A.R - (Subject access request) to Lloyds.
They've sent a questionnaire back asking which details we want to look at.
Now, please correct me if I'm wrong, but with the SAR (and the fee, which they've banked), are they not supposed to send everything about us? (that they have on their file)

I can't make out whether this is just the way they do SAR's, or whether they're hoping to confuse us. (We used a template letter for the request)

Your are infact correct, under the data protection act they must send all information that they hold about you.

Send them a non-compliance letter, you will find one in the bank template letters sticky, This is remind them that they have a legal duty to comply within the statutory timelimits and especially since they have cashed your cheque.
