    Do what I did:

File your N1 at Bournemouth county courticon, who don't seem to be automatically staying claims (you can send the forms in the post if you don't live near by). I recieved a cheque from them just EIGHT DAYS after filing my claim! Maybe Bournemouth has some particularly consumer friendly judges they are afraid of!

I filed in person (I live nearby, but you can do it by post I'm pretty sure). Eight days later I got the cheque in settlement.

Full settlement including court fee which added up to just under £100 (I've taken to challenging banks promptly on new charges).

I didn't even claim interesticon because it would have been tiny, it was just days after the last charge I filed and there were only two monthly charges.

I wonder if all cases for all banks will be heared at Bournmouth or is it that RBSicon have somehow decided to pay out on anything say £100 or less. What do you think?

Likely that the cost of defending would be greater than the cost of the claim, as such it gets settled quick.
