Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
today i have ha d letter saying rats nest are now taking me back to court to get me to increase my payments, which i have already done 3 months ago.
its a redetermination order to see if they can get me to increase my offer by some £700 per month,if they can and i dont agree they will force me to sell the house or evict me.
the court already have all my docs and i can only afford 125 per month.
now what i would like to know is what is the best way forward with this.
i want to go there fully armed,i still don't have my cca, which i know is irrelevant but they have been totally unreasonable in this matter.
ive never missed a payment as those of you who have read my details will know.and one more point.
one more thing.
when i first got ccjd i offered £25 per month, they refused, and they went for a charging order straight away with out me even making another offer, which i did in court.
the thing is,i thought they could only get a charing order if you defaulted on the ccj which i didn't.
any help would be most welcome
