Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I am trying to contact one of the moderators please,as from my SAR documents I received, they have by mistake, sent an internal memo ,stating that this gentleman IS entitled to the repayments of his PPI on 2 secured loans and his payment protector insurance. There is no name mentioned, but after scouring the PPI threads,I am certain I have found the person ,they are referring to.
Please can one of the mods,pm me.

Hi Bigmac,
Thank you for replying, but in the meantime I have contacted Barracad.
The reson why I wanted advice firstly, was because the internal memo states that this person has qualified for refund of all he requested, and on scouring the PPI threads,I found persons thread, which ties in with the info on the internal memo sent to me by mistake, and at this moment in time, they are messing him about ,saying he is not entitled to the refunds he is asking for. This person is not named, but on the advice of Barracad,I have sent a private message to this person.
Thanks Maggie
If I have the correct person,I think he will be over the moon when I e-mail him the internal memo.I hope so,as he is having a hell of a battle with them ,at the mo.
Maggie
In my S.A.R - (Subject access request) reply, there were internal notes recommending repayments of all payments made, plus interest. The notes went on to say that a repayment offer had been sent to me, but no reply was received.
This offer was never received by me.
I have the original signed agreement that states no insurance is required, but still, 6 months later, the battle goes on.

I Wish you everything you wish yourself.

Hello TC,
How the devil are you, I was only thinking about you today, you are missed from the PPI forum.
I can see from your above post, that you are still fighting the good fight.
These matters do seem to go on for ever, but will be worth it in the end.

I have just sent a private message to a moderator,as the person I thought ,whom this memo applied to,unfortunately ,it wasn,t them.
I have asked a mod ,if I can post part of the internal memo,as I think it will help lots of members from CAG,in the PPI section, and I also hope that the actual person will know that his luck is in,if they recognise what the ppi,s were taken out on.
There is no account no,s /or names of this person on this memo,so I hope I am allowed to post the information from it,as I would rather have permission first, than to just post it ,and get the CAG website in trouble.
