I signed up for broadband with orange 5 months ago and received free international calls to certain countries.
Recently I received a message from Orange warning me that I am reaching a limit of calls for this month. I called customer services and found out that these unlimited cals are not in fact unlimited as there is an allowance of 1000 minutes a month. I checked the terms and conditions on the website and indeed it says so, however I could swear I did not find anything like that I the contract I signed. I did sign up on the internet and unfortunately did not print the copy.
Is there any chance I could get hol of the copy I 'signed'?
