Does the data they've sent you give individual dates for each penalty charge as you need this to accurately calculate the Statutory interest (s.69 int't) which you'll claim when you file your claim at court.
If not, you should write back to them saying they've failed to comply with your SAR and you require the individual charge dates, or copy state's, to be supplied promptly.

its a current or savings account that I have and a visa card debit card with the account
