forum, any chance of giving a hand with the POC icon

section of the claims, most ppi caggers are finding this part very difficult and appear to give up. I know there is info in the stickies, but it needs to be pulled together to cover all the different angles.

Please tell me if it's just me who's finding this a bit tricky.

Thanks to this forum I'm just starting out claiming back PPI icon

on credit cards - but not loans. I know the principal is the same whether PPI has been mis-sold on credit cards OR loans and many of the companies involved are the same either way but while idling about waiting for my SAR icon

requests to turn up I find I'm trawling through the forum quite a bit to find people with specific experience of credit card rather than loan related PPI issues. The titles people stick on their threads (mine included) don't always make it clear whether it's a loan or a credit card they're dealing with and a lot of the subsequent detail is different between the two. Maybe as stated above this is still too small a forum for it to be an issue or to start breaking it down further but.......well I just thought I'd mention it.

If those bloomin' SAR icon

details would turn up I'd have something else to mumble about!

I know as a Moderator I'm supposed to know everything, but I actually have absolutly no idea whatsoever what the legal basis of these claims are. so it's kind of hard to give any meaningful help.

I thought alanfromderby was working on standard PPI guideance, to be honest, have you PM'd him?

I have now received refunds from three mis sold PPI policies from the Cooperative Bank. They also sent me a basket of Fair Trade food products. How is that for a result!!!!!! Don't lose heart,persevere and be polite.
