Does anyone have any info on this company they seem really genuine and want to help but I am so wary now thought I would ask and see if anyone has had success using them for PPI claims
be careful do not jump in with two feet. There is also a site called FAS and it is dubious check all out fully before you use website ads to get your money back. Stick with the CAG and look and read before you jump into an agreement with an independant offering advice at a cost. ( JUST FOR YOUR INFO McAfee site advisor for what it is worth have not yet tested this site so BEWARE)
I thought id had succes with money boomerang, when my bank replied with a letter refundin me £990,14 i had paid in premiums,, then money boomerang charged me £562 claiming it was not only 25% + VAT of the money i got back but also 25% + vat, of premiums i had not yet paid on the cancelled insurance,,, just another shark in the pond,, stay clear .

Bank charge successes:
Halifax - Full settlement incl interest.
HSBC - Settlement, goodwill no admission of liability about 75% of claim.
RBS - Settlement, goodwill no admission of liability about 70% of claim.
2 ongoing claims for bank charges with HSBC with more to come. (Supreme Court ruling could have upset these claims) They did
PPI Successes
PPI 4 settlements on 9 loans. FOS involvement on 7 added on the 8 % Statutory interest another 30% to both.

Keep at them. Do not give way and do not accept all they tell you, they will delay and stall for as long as they can to prevent repaying you your mis-sold PPI.
