Thread: Iqor silliness

Having a bit of a battle with iqor

They are the last DCA acting as agents, original dca have been CCA'd and have defaulted last October, Igor sent several times the "puzzled letter" and then a letter before action making a very emphatic note that the debt was uneforceable as nothing received from anybody expect a vague priority application form, no details as required etc. in other words nothing that satisfies a section 78 and 127 request.
Now they send a template saying that OC has instructed them to obtain full settlement or they will pass to solicitors, I have sent them a copy of the letter mentioned above and a get lost note, should I have further ammunition prepared?

The OC has sent this one round the houses after DCA number one defaulted, indeed did nothing to meet my original request

I have sent reports off to TS, OFT, fos, FSA, Info Com, but any firther advice would be appreciated

Just received a hilarious letter from HBOS offering a fantastic deal to pay off, but since this went to BOS who fully defaulted, then to Wescot then to Igor all of whom were told that the should push off, this arrives.
Dying gasps perhaps?
