Thread: onestopphoneshop cashback

I bought a phone from the above company and bought it with the understanding that I would get 4months half price rental by redemption .I phone and sent emails to try and get a redemption voucher which the company said they sent me but was told that duplicates were not issued ,I explained that it would not be a duplicate but an original and was told that I have lost it and that any claim was void without the voucher .Can anyone help thanks
